How do I get started?

After filling out the enquire form, I’ll contact you via email within 48 business hours (M-F). If we are a good fit, we’ll send you more information about our services and process. Please note we’re usually booked between 2-4 months in advance. The sooner you reach out, the better!

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! A non refundable 30% deposit is due to hold your spot in my calendar. The rest of your payments can be spread out equally throughout the project in 2 payments. Final remaining payment is required at the end of the project before the final design files are sent. I’m here to work with you, let me know if you need a different payment plan.

What’s the difference between having a logo and having a brand?

The difference is that one logo won’t tell your business’ story and in the long run it won’t be memorable. Branding takes you to a different place, all the details are created with intention. They’re carefully thought out to create an experience. Your primary logo is just the start, it’s part of your brand, the whole branding is what reveals to the client your values, personality, look and feel of your business. It contributes to your business being trusted and it’s what makes a deeper connection with your audience.

What are brand marks?

A brand mark is the next best thing a logo can have. Your brand needs versatility, one logo alone won’t fit in every situation. For instance, sometimes your logo won’t look right on your Instagram profile image so you need a variation that works well inside a round shape. The proportions on a website, social media and collateral are all different, having brand marks help your brand look its best in every situation. They can vary in colour, size or layout depending on the application, but they will still be part of the same concept and will be recognised as part of your business brand identity.

Why do you only present one concept?

My clients hire me for a reason. My expertise and to have a brand identity they’re proud of that will attract their target audience. I always explore different ideas, as a designer it’s my job to filter them and find the best solution that solves the problem. This way instead of showing you three ordinary concepts, I’ll present you one extraordinary concept. This approach allows me to focus my creativity and time on the one concept that I feel represents YOU best and at the end you walk away with a STRONG brand identity. Of course, there’s not always one solution to a problem. This is a collaboration between the designer and the client. We’ll work together to refine all the elements. We’ll make sure you have a brand that not only you’re proud of but matches your values and ethos.

How long will it take?

Timelines can vary depending on the project and client’s communication. From our starting date, the process can take between 4-6 weeks for a brand identity.

What files will I receive?

Your logo and brand marks will be exported in black and variations of your colour palette. Files are provided in ai (Illustrator), jpg and png formats.

What about my brand fonts?

The brand guidelines will show you in detail how and where to use your brand fonts. In the final files you will receive links where you can download and/or purchase your fonts. Due to legal reasons, you’re required to obtain your own separate font license.

What if I need more than a brand identity?

Branding is often the entry point in working with us. You can always add on additional services like business cards, label design, packaging and digital collateral.
